The periods for retaining and displaying data on the credit report as specified by the regulatory authority's instructions are:
1. Data related to inquiries remains visible on the credit report for a period of 2 years from the date of the inquiry.
2. Data related to late payments remains visible on the credit report for a period of 3 years from the date of repayment of each installment or the clearance of the customer's liability.
3. Data related to closed contracts remains visible on the credit report for the 3 years preceding the date of the inquiry.
4. Data related to bounced cheques remains visible on the credit report for a period of 3 years from the date of settlement of the check, or 5 years from the date the cheque was returned if it was not settled, whichever is earlier.
5. Data related to debt write-offs remains visible on the credit report for a period of 5 years from the date the debt was fully or partially written off, or 3 years from the date the indebtedness was paid off or the customer's liability was cleared in any form, whichever is earlier.
6. Data related to final court rulings remains visible on the credit report for a period of 5 years from the date the relevant rulings were issued, or 3 years from the date the indebtedness was paid off or the customer's liability was cleared in any form, whichever is earlier.
7. Data related to the customer's insolvency/bankruptcy remains visible on the credit report for a period of 7 years from the date of insolvency/bankruptcy court declaration.
