The Credit Information Law No. 15 of 2010 is the legal basis for the operations and activities of the Credit Information Company, whereby the Law included a clarification of the operational aspects of the Credit Information Company. This includes the way the Company operates, the nature of the information being collected and included in the credit report, sources of information, the authorized entities to subscribe to the service, as well as other legal regulations that govern the business activities of the Credit Information Company.
